De theBalm Priming is Everything Eyeshadow Primer Black is een zwarte primer voor oogschaduw. Het is een romige textuur die gemakkelijk op het ooglid kan worden aangebracht als basis. De donkere kleur accentueert smokey eyes nog beter. Metallic en effect oogschaduw zien er ook nog expressiever uit. De primer helpt de houdbaarheid van de producten te verbeteren en de kleurechtheid te behouden, zelfs na langdurig dragen.
