De Physicians Formula Butter Believe it! Putty Primer is een romige primer voor de teint. Drie verschillende plantaardige boters uit het Amazonegebied helpen de huid te voeden en voorzien haar van belangrijke vetzuren. De teint ziet er egaler uit en de houdbaarheid van make-up wordt verbeterd. De primer is parabeenvrij en veganistisch.
