De MAC Next to Nothing Face Colour Medium Deep is een foundation met een natuurlijke finish. De kleur is voor medium donkere of gebruinde teint. Het is een formule met een lichte dekking die toch een stralende gloed ondersteunt. Het geeft een zacht, gefocust resultaat, waardoor de huid er verfijnd uitziet. Hij kan gecombineerd worden met andere make-up en dan gebruikt worden als basis of finish.
