Guerlain Rouge G Refill 28 is een medium rood met vleugjes oranje, bruin en brons. Het is een tint die ideaal is voor de herfst, maar ook het hele jaar door goed te combineren is. De navulling bevat de klassieke twist-out lipstick. Deze heeft een hydraterend effect voor een aangenaam lipgevoel. Het wordt gecombineerd met een originele Guerlain Rouge G Case.
