De Dr. Grandel Specials Perfection AP Anti-Pigment Concentrate is een speciaal balancerend verzorgingsproduct om pigmentvlekken tegen te gaan. Donkere verkleuringen, zon- of pigmentvlekken laten de huid er snel oneffen of ouder uitzien. Het Active White Complex is ontwikkeld om de vlekjes bij regelmatig gebruik lichter te maken en tegelijkertijd te voorkomen dat er nieuwe vlekjes ontstaan. De lichte formule kan twee keer per dag worden gebruikt voor huidverzorging.
